Therefore, if you submit a question related to the FY 2021 CoC Program Competition, YHDP non-competitive process that is part of the FY 2021 CoC Program NOFO, or *e-snaps*, you will not receive a response. Additionally, if questions related to the FY 2021 CoC Program NOFO, CoC Program Competition, YHDP non-competitive process, or *e-snaps* issues are submitted to any of the other HUD Exchange AAQ help desks (e.g., CoC Program, Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX), Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)), the questions will be closed. *In the coming months, there will be additional guidance provided regarding how to submit questions related to activities that occur after the annual CoC Program Competition final funding announcement (e.g., post-award), as well as questions related to CoC Program Registration and Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW) processes.* \\| \\| --- \\| \| \| --- \| \| \\| \\| \\| --- \\| \| \| --- \| \| \\| ### SNAPS Mailing List Subscription SNAPS is now using two different listservs to communicate competition and program updates: - **Subscribe to the HUD.gov listserv** for information developed by HUD/SNAPS regarding the CoC program, ESG program, YHDP, Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs) developed by SNAPS, and any other information related to SNAPS programs and the work to end homelessness. - [Sign up for SNAPS Competition Information](https://www.hud.gov/subscribe/signup?listname=SNAPS%20Competitions&list=SNAPS-COMPETITIONS-L) - [Sign up for SNAPS Program Information](https://www.hud.gov/subscribe/signup?listname=SNAPS%20Program%20Information&list=SNAPS-PROGRAM-INFORMATION-L) - **Subscribe to the HUD Exchange listserv** for information and guidance produced by HUD technical assistance providers regarding SNAPS programs. - [Sign up for HUD Exchange updates](https://www.hudexchange.info/mailinglist/subscribe/) SNAPS grantees and interested stakeholders should consider subscribing both to the HUD Exchange mailing list and HUD.gov mailing lists.
