| \| \\| Nominations are being accepted for the **2022-23 ACHP/HUD Secretary’s Awards for Excellence in Historic Preservation**. The award is sponsored by HUD in partnership with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP); it recognizes a project that has advanced the goals of historic preservation while promoting affordable housing, community revitalization, and/or enhanced economic opportunities for low and moderate-income families. Two projects will be selected to receive the award in this cycle. Nominations must be completed electronically as a Word document and submitted by **11:59 PM PST on August 15, 2022**. Projects must include HUD funding or financing and must meet the [Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation](https://hudexchange.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=87d7c8afc03ba69ee70d865b9&id=3e51037174&e=ae5fdc3d29). Projects or activities that were completed or have made substantial achievements within the last three years are eligible.
