**DUE DATE** New and Renewal Project Applications Due for Scoring and Ranking. All Local Project Applications (outside of e-snaps) submitted to the CoC. Email Application(s) and attachments to [\[email protected\]](https://tchcsc.org/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection).

July 21 – July 22, 2026

Project Scoring and Ranking. HUD Program Selection & Monitoring Committee will review, score, and rank projects for inclusion in Tier 1.

July 22, 2026

Renewal projects submitted by July 20, 2026 will be notified if their project(s) did not make Tier 1.

July 29, 2026

**DUE DATE** – Transition Grant or New Project Application Deadline for Renewal Projects not included in Tier 1. Email Application(s) and attachments to [\[email protected\]](https://tchcsc.org/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#2753444f44094448440954424455425346555e67404a464e4b0944484a).

Public posting of the CoC Application and Priority List on TCHC website
