The PIT Count creates the ability to monitor trends in homelessness and supports local efforts to end homelessness by identifying unmet needs in the area. \n\n\n\nHow can I help?\n\n\n\nWe need volunteers to serve as PIT Coordinators and/or Surveyors!\n\n\n\n\nPIT Coordinators act as a lead for a particular geographical region\, serving as a local organizer/contact person for volunteer Surveyors. \n\n\n\nSurveyors complete digital surveys with people experiencing homelessness in areas of known locations on the day of the PIT Count (1/22/25) and for the seven days following. Surveyors can choose to help just for one day or as many days as you’d like.
