YHDP Collaborative Community Planning Day 1

TCHC is offering a two-day virtual introductory sessions related to the new Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)!

Day 1 will cover what is the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP), a Coordinated Community Plan (CCP) and how you can help, along with an introduction to System Modeling. We will begin work on the CCP that identifies the gaps, data, and experiences of our youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, along with connecting with projects that will help address the needs.
