Raters will review applications individually between October 1, 2024 and October 11, 2024 The CoC Board will meet to review and approve the ranked project list October 15, 2024.

Applicants will be notified through written notification outside of e-snaps by October 15, 2024. The notification will indicate if your project(s) will be included in the CoC Application to HUD, the ranked position of your project(s) in the CoC Tiered Ranking, and the funding amount the project is being submitted for.

CoC project applicants who have specific concerns regarding the review and scoring of their application may file an appeal starting October 15, 2024 through October 18, 2024. The CoC will post the full application, including the Collaborative Application, project applications, priority listing and all attachments to the TCHC website found here: https://tchcsc.org/2024-nofo/ on October 25, 2024.

The FY 2024 CoC Consolidated Application and FY 2024 Priority Listing will be submitted to HUD in e-snaps by 8:00 pm on October 30, 2024.
