The CoC Application and Priority listing is being publicly posted on September 28, 2022 as required by HUD. If you have any comments about the application please email [email protected]. The application will be submitted to HUD by September 30, 2022.
Update 9/14/2022: TCHC Reopens DV Bonus Project Solicitation
TCHC has reopened the solicitation for the DV Bonus as no applications were received as a part of the original solicitation. In an attempt to allocate all HUD allotted 2022 to TCHC projects, the TCHC board has reopened the request for DV bonus projects not to exceed $336,961.
- Applicants must complete the e- snaps application as well as the supplemental questions and checklist items, by noon September 20, 2022.
- Applicants should complete their application in e-snaps and save as a pdf. The pdf along with required attachments should be emailed to the TCHC Secretary.
