HUD Exchange is redistributing the information for awareness.The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Registration Notice (CPD-22-02) requires that a Collaborative Applicant must include a tribal resolution, from the applicable Indian Tribe authorizing the CoC to include the trust land or reservation in its area of operation, as an attachment to their CoC registration submission in e-snaps.Indian Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs) forming a CoC are not required to obtain a tribal resolution to select their own trust land or reservation or to site a project on their own formula area.Requesting Additional Time for RegistrationExisting CoCs and neighboring Tribes that are working on partnering have expressed concerns to HUD about…
