ESG-CV Memorandum 21-03 Administration Cost

All, OEO will be hosting a training in conjunction with Christy Hahn of Collaborative Solutions, a HUD Training and Technical Assistance Provider, on October 12, 2021 at 1:00 EST. The purpose of this training is to discuss different or new strategies in spending the CARES Act monies. FY 2021 System Performance Measures Data SubmissionThis information was originally distributed via HUD.gov. HUD Exchange is redistributing the information for awareness.Continuums of Care (CoCs) can begin submitting their Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 System Performance Measures (SPM) data through the Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX) web portal on Friday, October 1, 2021. The FY 2021 SPM submissions are due on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 8:00 PM EST.Meeting the data submission deadline for the SPM report is a factor considered in the annual CoC Program Competition. CoCs are encouraged to evaluate the amount of time it may take to compile and to enter the information needed to meet the reporting requirements. PIT Count Sampling and Estimating Tools Now AvailableMany Continuums of Care (CoCs) conduct their unsheltered Point-in-Time (PIT) counts by sampling parts of their jurisdiction and by using those samples to derive a full estimate of people experiencing unsheltered homelessness.
